Reason for why ranking changes without SA:

Without the ability to gain stacks (and therefore the thunder expose turn 1), several things she does just straight up doesn't work. Also mains her damage harder to softcap spam without her state. SA is also important for her speed as she is super slow at base, so SA helps make her catch up. Still incredibly broken as a support without SA regardless, just loses the broken edge
